1996 APEX Award Winner
Lash Publications International has received an Award of Excellence in
Technical Writing
for the recycling chapter in the Engineered Materials Handbook, Desk
Edition, published by ASM International. This award was received from APEX '96,
the Eighth Annual Awards for Publication Excellence competition. This program is
sponsored by Communications Concepts, Inc. and had a total of nearly 4100
entries in 10 major categories and 77 sub-categories. The panel of judges
included Dr. Paul Fisher, formerly Professor of Journalism with the University
of Missouri School of Journalism.
